The current hunting ban situation in England is ludicrous - a friend of mine has had...wait for it!....FOUR farmers where he has permission and next to his permission, begging him to go down with terriers as they have ALL lost lambs.If he did that would, of course, be breaking the daft law as there arent any pheasants on the land, so he can't.

Build a release pen on the land and put a few birds in it then you have the right to protect them
