Dogs shouldnt be running about in the heat so why do it just a question always had rough dogs and never done it NEVER REALY WARM ENOUGH UP HERE LOL I strip my rough dogs out for the simple reason it is last years dead hair ! Nothing to do with the temp. Get rid of the old hair, give them a good grooming and next years coat comes in looking better ! Cheers. i do the same give the dog a good brush but thats all dont cut it atb Not talking about "cut", I strip my rough dogs.....It's simple, just like stripping a terrier.. pluck the dead hair from the dogs ! Have you REALY had rough dogs, or any working dogs, for that matter, for any length of time ??
