That is one hell of a nice rifle. Personal opinion but I pefer a nice bit of wood ;) I'd love to own an MFR, didn't realise they could be improved on even more. Get a video up of some targets at various ranges, would love to see how it performs.

I think the only difference I would of had is that I would of gone for a .22 as shooting the XVI these past few days in the wind we have had here has really brought back my passion for the bigger calibre and the HW100 has been sat in the cabinet feeling sorry for itself.

That's interesting Si, why the change back to .22?

Mal , not to worry , im a bummer these days

Thanks again guys .

Si , cheers buddy . Hopefully I'll be over in June but at the minute , work wise , I can't committ . I won't be staying , or shooting , as I hate to put smelly to shame , but I will certainly bring it over and you can see what you think mate .

Ar177 , yes I did buy it , you can get some good ones if you look around . As for the work , a mate , and a bit of a rapid legend , did all that for me , wouldn't send it anywhere else .

I've been trying to get mt hands on one, I'm always looking, but apart from brand new they don't seem to come up very often ...

I'm guessing if you have one you like it that much you don't want to sell it :-D

A guy that I know just managed to bag himself an mfr and a daystate harrier x both in absolute mint condition, both scoped up with quality optics, and between the both of them probably only fired a tin of pellets. He only really wanted the mfr, but he got them off his mate at a cracking price, so couldn't refuse the daystate. He is selling the daystate now so that will make the mfr even better value. The lucky b&stard. Lol
