jack russell or patterdale

hello terrier men, i was wondering what do you like better for my situation, i live in the badlands of south dakota of USA there is a river by my house also sand hills as well as plains i am going to hunt coons fox and bagders. i was wondering what you would like better in my situation. A Patterdale Terrier or a Jack Russell Terrier.

there is good and bad in both breeds. its more important that the breeding behind the pup is good and has solid working lines. i would get a good jr. as i prefare them.

i own both and to be honest a favour the patterdale ,they seem to mature a lot quicker, and there passion for hunting is strong

a good jack russell if there available to you, but the patterdale take some beating from the right lines they just want to get to ground and stay there, i got a 9 month old nuttall dog here and over the last 2 months i have had to dig the sod out three times when out just for a walk.

thanks i have a patterdale x jack russell, i might get a patterdale terrier from J&J patterdales i might pay the depoisit this coming friday anyone heard of J&J patterdales
