hok boi 40
really is a shame for the kid and the parents. i would kill the b*****d had they took my daughter and no force on earth could stop me, hope the father does the same
celt 1
i heard on the news that the guy was walking round like he was someone special getting involved in everything, sounds very like ian huntley when soham happened. not casting judgement but strange. The reporter for the mirror told the police that he was a bit strange and odd. As a fatheer of one daughter and another due in 10 weeks, I think i would want to fill the fella in if he is guilty. I feel sorry for the younger kids in that family, they will never be let out on their own ever.

Guest Macnas
Wait and see I guess, hate to pass judgement on someone just because the reporters thought him odd.
spade 224
Saw something saying they were interviewd as witnesses, not suspects. Then why are they digging his patio up. I've got 3 kids, the youngest is our 3 year old daughter. God only knows what I would do if anything like that ever happened to her or my two older boys.
Guest Macnas
Just saw that the Portugese coppers have officially called him a suspect, which means, according to the news at any rate, that they have some evidence.
ChrisJones 7,975
This is purely out of curiosity... How many parents here would leave their three, under four year old, kids unattended, in a foreign holiday resort while they went out socialising? I really hope that Maddy is found safe and well but I also hope that the millions of other British tourists, going away this year, don't leave their kids alone while they go on the piss. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy but as a parent I'm really f*****g angry that they'd leave toddlers unattended in an apartment. What the f**k were they thinking? mad al 146
I've been chatting about this on the AGU, now, IF they get the little girl back, her life as they and she knew it, ended the day that she was abducted. She will be emotionally scarred for life and no matter what is said and done after the event, it's with her/them for ever now. Yes, let's hope and prey they get her back unharmed. Unfortunately the harm has already been done and they ain't going to like what comes home with her. Al
