Captain why do think speedie got stud off English breed dog to get his blue dog because even he knows you need the English lungs to run over there.There is no hiding place over there.

The Irish breed coursing dog is breed to run in Ireland and the English breed to run in England.Can some dogs do both??????

Put this way l would say that the Irish breed dog would come up a cropper against the English breed dog if there was comp running on both sides off the water

Good evening forum this is a pointless debate there good and bad for each side first rregarding irish dogs sold for big money I myself was there when j critmore offered 15k for lucas the same man paid 12k for gaskins tramp j jeffard. Paid lot money for lucas sister onn the english side the irish lads know yous need english blood in there lines to strength them why do a lot irish lads spend lot money time of work to come over because they know its good test of there dogs great land proper runs a lot irish lads complain to us they don't get to see there runs once the quarry goes behind hedge they can't tell wat dog performing like on the defence of the irish lads most english dogs could not particaapate on the tight irish land. But if the irish lads honest with themselves and not let pride take over they would agree as coursing men england the place to be

iv have seen first hand some of these big money dogs run and i wouldnt pay 100 euro for sum of them they just couldnt get on terms with in ireland maby there are good english dogs but if so why are they not on dvd??? all i can say is fair play to any 1 thats puts video clips up instead of trying to create them internet legends

right lads theres men on here that go to england from here in ireland and there dogs kill good numbers over a few days seems like they kill more on a days outting over the water than they would here in ireland why is this iv never been over so cant realy have an opinion is it the bigger land or wat iv heard of dogs killing 5 and 6s u never hear of a dog killing that a mount over here

lads this could go on for ever irish dogs go to eng get beat the first think the irish lads going to say is come over to ireland run me there same as the english lads thats going to be there reply as well and it is never going to happen so keep on giving your selves sore heads theres good and bad on both sides of the water and irish dogs can kill them in england in the heart of winter i would say there would be very little dogs in ire that would get straight lined wee bred them to be fast over here weather they stick for 2 or 3 mins or not is another thing thats when the lungs heart start to take over u dont need big staying power here
