What's wrong with my ferret?

Iv just been out to feed my ferret and she doesn't look well so I picked her up and it feels like there is loads of fluid in er back end? Does any one no what this could be as she was ok yesterday?

She might need the jab if she is in season mate..she might be swollen and infected from that ?
