FUJI 17,327 Posted May 3, 2012 Report Share Posted May 3, 2012 May i suggest a recalibration of your speedos boys, deer are quick but none will get to 50mph........... i was thinking that lol..had a cur cross catch loads during the day and NEVER in a month of Sunday's could it get to 50 infact it wouldn't get to that speed lying in the back of my scrap heap of a car with my foot flat to the floor lol ...ATB Andy. 2 Quote Link to post

trigger2 3,146 Posted May 3, 2012 Report Share Posted May 3, 2012 think i was up to about 50 when i got to it but there was a bend in the road had to slow down and the deer was gone as you say about 50 when you got to it. you would have needed to travel faster than the animal to get to it. 1 Quote Link to post

Well after intensive research and carefully studying roe on different terrain around the country i can safely say i have no idea, but know there isnt a roe alive, or any other British deer species that has ever attained 50mph unless its in the game dealers truck.............
