It's hard to stop smoking i wish i could do it,like kanny said got to keep busy, when fishing i hardly smoke, i will have to go for a month 24/7 come back like robinson crusoe.

tbh i was that big of a smoker maybe 10/15 a day comapared 2 some ppl i know 40 plus, but i feel much better in myself and pocket

I stopped smoking on the 3rd of January, I normally feel fine but when those feckin Nicorette adverts come on the TV it makes you want to go for a cigarette, they should ban the adverts!
