Cast offs/spoilt dogs on gumtree/donedeal?

Recommended Posts

Hows it going lads, myself and my dad are looking a lurcher to bring on together, ive never kept a running dog before but my dad did back 20 odd years ago when i was a young lad, basically we dont no anyone who keeps lurchers and are very wary of pups on gumtree/donedeal as it would be hard to prove both parents where workers, we'd like to get a young dog so as to bond with it and train it ourselves. We have permission on a couple of different farms with all game from rabbit to falllow and everything in between, basically a potfiller is what we're after- foxes arent a priority but if theres a problem one it would be nice to return the favour to the farmer, if anybody could point us in the right direction of litters due/young unspoilt dogs for sale we be greatly appreciative,

thanks for taking the time to read, cheers

The lads that will be advertising them on the sites you mention will also be some of the lads on here trying to sell you the same mutts.Take your time, find the right owner and you will find the right dog, don,t be afraid of asking questions and walking away if your not quite happy, buy in haste and repent at leisure.

Agree with the above...

Just to let you know the lurcher ive got to offer is not for sale any where and will not be either I'll keep her for as long as she lives or until I think I've found a suitable home for her , if I think you and your dad sound right you both can then come see her and if I think youve got the right home you can take her

I have nothing to gain from this when I tell you ive heard nothing bad when it comes to hogie, tinytiger or chid21... They are reputed to keep good animals and I dont think you could go far wrong in dealing with any of them.
