Gaz_1989 9,539
Just got up this morning to my terrier doing this. Not constantly but every 10 mins or so. Sometimes just the once like a single cough but other times constantly for 10-20 seconds like in the video. Any ideas appreciated. Thanks Gaz http://i1143.photobucket.com/albums/n639/gaz_daniel/96571a18.mp4
sowhat 1,572
It's hard to tell from that, but if she's eating ok and is generally alright in herself, then I wouldn't be too worried. She could have abit of a cold,or her glands could be up,but if in doubt go to the vets .
Carraghs Gem 1,675
Ok.... Check her throat for foreign objects, use a torch to get a good look, if you cant see anything check her gums are they pink? Check her temperature... If temp is normal and gums are pink take her to vets later, if not vets now!

Normal dog temp is 101-102.5 any higher could indicate fever Edited April 30, 2012 by Carraghs Gem
