skycat 6,173 Posted April 30, 2012 Report Share Posted April 30, 2012 (edited) Most likely to be conjunctivitis, which can be caused by a variety of things> mine tend to get it in the spring after they've been tearing about through new growth in cover. In this case it would be called a seasonal allergy. You can try using Goldeneye ointment http://www.amazon.co...35798753&sr=8-2 though sometimes it is just sufficient to bathe the eye in a weak solution of salt water to remove the gunk and whatever dust/irritants are causing the problem. Stubborn cases may need a stronger antiobiotic ointment such as Fucithalmic.
