Yes.

There is no parking provision at Langtree Park for fans.

They are expected to use council car parks in the town centre and walk to the ground via a very snazzy, very expensive foot bridge.

The idea would be fine if the cars didn't get screwed, and it didn't take over an hour to exit car parks that were not designed for a mass exudus.

Unlike other providers in the area, the car parks that I run are immediatley opposite the stadium, they are constantly manned and patrolled by a dog and handler for upto 1 hour after the final whistle.

 

It would be a pity for a THL member / Wakefield fan to visit the new stadium for the first time, park in the wrong spot, get the car screwed, get a £60 ticket, or spend the equivelent of the journey time home queing up to exit a multistorey car park.

 

There is a sensible alternative, I'm simply making THL members / Wakefield fans aware of it.
