buster gonads 862 Posted April 28, 2012 Report Share Posted April 28, 2012 Just bought a SilverLine Round nose,d spade from Toolstation for ratting, forged blade and steel shaft,d for less than £20, i,ve sharpend the edge with the grinder and it cuts through roots like a good un, it could be cut and jointed as it as the steel shaft, worth a look IMO. regards, buster.. I,ve welded a tube across the top of the blade on mine as a foot plate, bloody heavy thing to carry about though. Quote Link to post
