Phantom 631
Welcome to the forum Mike, It is feasable that you saw your pellet in flight, even a .177 Especially if its a shiny pellet, your background dark and the sun behind you. If you feel that the gun is under powered, then you can always take it to a shop, club or friend (if they have one) and have it chronographed. A shop may make a small charge for the service though, most dont. Again welcome to the forum. Tony Quote Link to post
mikehow23 0
thanks [bANNED TEXT] sound like the problem as the sun was behind me and i was shooting towards a shadowed backgroung thanks alot Quote Link to post
Mawders 595
I never used to be able to see the pellets flight when I had a springer but since changing to pcp I often see the pellet fly. I put it down to actually being able to see through the scope where as when I pulled the trigger on my springer the recoil would obviously shake the gun so it was not easy watching the target through the scope. I wouldn't worry dude. Quote Link to post
Probuk 93
I wouldnt worry to much mate, I chrono'd my HW100K .177 today...it running 787fps and i see my pellet's nearly everytime i fire it. Marty Quote Link to post
AR177 588
I was just writing a long sentence until i noticed Mawders had said exactly what i was going to say Its nothing to worry about unless the pellet is only just falling out the end of the barrel ATB Adam Quote Link to post

davedavedave 69
Same as above. In fact if you watch some of the night vision shoot videos on here and 'you tube' particularly on rats you can see the pellet streak to its target everytime. atb Dave. Quote Link to post
