First time out on new permission

Hi Guys

Thought I,d share a few pics of my new perm with you lads.

A few pics of the wooded area of my 8 acre estate garden and the end result of 3hrs Tuesday morning getting to know the place. Could've stayed all day but didn't want to out stay my welcome.

After a brief walk around, quick zero check and the wind changing direction and scattering everything within sight I had to have a change of tactics, so began the approach from the other end of the garden, end result 4 in the bag. So many bunnies I kept falling over them, loads of woodies and magpies too, not seen any squizzers yet though

 

The tree house will make a great sniping spot when the owners son is back at school, had to keep out of sight as the owners don't want the youngster seeing anything, was 'forced' to stay in the lower part of the gardens today, what a shame The bank to the right of the stream is one massive warren and at a guess I would say there's in excess of a dozen warrens around the gardens, you can see 4 bunnies sat on the grass beyond the tree house but these had a reprieve as the boy may have seen me.

 

First fur for the S410 recently kitted out with a Falcon Menace scope (and yes, the bluing really is that bad but she's a working gun so doesn't bother - at the min!!)

Nice permission, like the tree house, get an NS50 and stay there all night....

Ain't that the truth! Although for a permission I prefer uninhabited landscape woods/fields. But beggars can't be choosers and a job evidently needs to be done!

See if they'll let you park a caravan in a quiet corner! Or use the treehouse as a hunting lodge haha!

Its not the perfect permission but it'll do Mike and as you say there's a job that needs to be done, might take a while me thinks , caravan in the corner - you want a change of scenery
