grovsey 74
There a open land dog like any.pointer .they hate heavy cover but there niť designed for that You be far better with a springer Quote Link to post
grovsey 74
I run oné for a few yrs but used soley for open land and being.on point, they ok for that but like alot of.pointers very rangey .they need to be treated with kid gloves and do not také to being chastised .you need to fond one from.working lines but i feel it wont suit what ur wanting it for You never know what u will.be hunting flying in the future but if u get a viz or pointer pointing bunny u cant use the dog ever with a falcon Quote Link to post
james blake 0
Worked a Vizsla bitch with my hawks for the last 25 years or so. My latest one was bred by Seth Anthony.she points Larks, partridge, pheasant, rabbit and woodcock. I have flown Falcons, Harrises and Gosses over her.Never had a problem with her working in close or ranging out.She works well downwind too.Loves water,(even in winter),and goes into deep cover IF there's a scent there. They are great house dogs and very good companions. If I knew how to post pics i'de bore you to death, but hey ho, Jim Quote Link to post
