Iv got one but shes just a pet, few people on vizsla owners club work them of you try google search you will find owners club and get a lot of info from there,

 

There easy trained from what I hear and read.

I run oné for a few yrs but used soley for open land and being.on point,they ok for that but like alot of.pointers very rangey .they need to be treated with kid gloves and do not také to being chastised .you need to fond one from.working lines but i feel it wont suit what ur wanting it for

You never know what u will.be hunting flying in the future but if u get a viz or pointer pointing bunny u cant use the dog ever with a falcon

Worked a Vizsla bitch with my hawks for the last 25 years or so.

My latest one was bred by Seth Anthony.she points Larks, partridge,pheasant,rabbit and woodcock.

I have flown Falcons, Harrises and Gosses over her.Never had a problem with her working in close or ranging out.She works well downwind too.Loves water,(even in winter),and goes into deep cover IF there's a scent there.

They are great house dogs and very good companions.

If I knew how to post pics i'de bore you to death, but hey ho,

I've yet to see a better all rounder.

when i ran my smooth coated viz i could not fault its nose in anyway just found they seem to go lame alot in cold as though it was getting cramp,also as i say hate cover compared to other pointers out there

I have to say Grovsey, I work my bitch in all weathers and she just keeps delivering.(Even on Mull-in February)
