WAS AT A FAIR YESTERDAY WITH MY TRADE STAND GIVING A QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS KIND OF THING ABOUT PEST CONTROL. i HAD WITH ME MY YOUNG HOB, NORMALLY A SOFT AND LAID BACK KIND OF FERRET. tHERE I WAS HOLDING HIM AND UP STANDS A YOUNG LADY "" DOES HE BITE?"" ASKS THE LADY

FEELING FULL OF CONFIDENCE "" NO "" SAYS I

AT THAT PRECISE MOMENT HE LOCKS ONTO MY MIDDLE FINGER

NOT YOUR NORMAL LITTLE KIND OF LOVE NIP, NO THIS WAS A FULL ON BITE AND HOLD KIND OF AFFAIR

TO SAY I FELT A LITTLE EMBARRESED WAS AN UNDERSTATEMENT

 

WELL I HAD VISIONS OF THIS BEING A RICHARD WHITELY KIND OF MOMENT, BUT WITH MY FINGER.

 

GLAD TO SAY AFTER A LITTLE PRODING AND POKING I FINNALY REMOVED THE LITTLE DARLING FROM MY FINGER AND PLACED HIM BACK WHERE HE BELONGS, BEHIND BARS

Nice one Martin . I remember leaning against a cage that was holding a fairly big polecat when I was listening to a guy give a talk about ferrets at a game show. Went to move off and it got me by the middle joint of my forefinger through the mesh . There was this 'ckin' big hob, jaws either side of a cross bar in the mesh and my hand stuck to the outside losing blood .

For some reason it let go , God knows why . How much longer I could have stood there without losing it and looking a complete and utter tw@t, I wouldn't like to say
