Ok downloaded loads of these some are ok but lots have to much background noise so not quite as good as they first sounded. good news I called it in with the fox caller uk although it can only do one type of call done this early morning came from about 100 yards from when i first saw it came into 8 yards which is when i shot it dead. so thank you to all you nice people giving there pennies worth. I may now have a another couple of hundred acres from this to.

Field mouse, and one of the chicken ones it does not sound to good on the computor but outside it seems to sound better i think it the distress one there ar a couple of good rabbit ones on there but I think my speakers are a bit tiny to make the best of the sound

I used my hand to call this one in- shot on Saturday evening just before dark squeaked it in from 70 yards to 50yards! just trotted up in the long grass. its all down to practice

had 39 foxes since the end of march. thats when my first fox was shot, we have had loads of foxes running in to my squeek whoch is the same old dog toy squeeker. HAD SAME FOXES I HAVE MISSED COME BACK FOR MORE and got them 2nd time rnd!

Just made myself an tenterfield style call from a tuna tin lid , sounds great , can't wait to get out and use it

Doesn't matter what call you use if a fox gets the wrong side of the wind to you, you wont shoot it or call it ever again!! I always carry a few calls. Start with polystyrene on wet glass or a squeak on the back of your hand. This accounts for about 70% of the foxes we shoot. Then I have a Flextone and a Jonny Stewert the old 1 with the metal reed. I never blow these calls unless I see nothing with the polystyrene first. If you call your cubs with polystyrene and 3 come in at once and you only get 2 at least then you have a better sounding call to fool the educated one with latter. Working out the wind is the biggest mistake people make. If you see a fox downwind of you NEVER blow a call at it because if you dont get him he will associate the sound of your call with the smell of humans and you wont call him again ever!

Must agree with remi700 i have learnt this the hard way, the all important wind is over looked too oftern, i still find that i make no account for wind on occasion and i have been doing this for many years, still you know what they say about horses and water!!!!!!!!!!!!.

good fox shooters shoot the cubs first provided they are venturing out of the earth.
