Millet 4,497
Tried feeding the dog's on fox many moon's ago and they would not touch it..even the terrier that would eat raw onion's/garlic an even ferret shite struggled to eat fox meat.
unlacedgecko 1,467
My 6 year old pet terrier will eat fox. She is very greedy though, and will eat most things. My two worker bred black pups wont. There is a lad near me who is doing the '52 meats in 52 weeks' thing. I sorted him out with a couple of fillets from a dog fox which was shot. Had to freeze it for a week or so as I wasn't seeing him for a while. I drove it over to him and it started defrosting in the car. Stank of fox. Apparently he and his girlfriend had it curried for Valentine's Day. I'm shocked he still has a missus, but they both loved it. Said it was like beef. I did tell them to soak it in milk over night first. I'm dropping him off some roadkill badger later tonight so I will post how he gets on with that...
kenny14 656
I don't think you should eat another meat eater IMO Does that include fish too? Pigs will also readily eat meat, and surely there can't be many people (the unwashed, fluffy bunny brigade veggies apart) that don't enjoy a good bacon buttie?

Thats a point..there was a program on a few years ago about an old guy who only eats road kills. His freezer was full of badger fox rabbit and cats and anything else he found. Marty. Got to feel sorry for you not being able to enjoy a bacon buttie, but at least you're not missing out on some of the other meaty luxuries!
