It is most likley that the nozzle is blocked with crap that has been pulled through when the tank emptied, it is very fine. Turn the electric off to the boiler and undo two nuts holding the pressure unit onto the boiler. You'll see a brass nozzle on the front. With the correct size spanner take it out and give it a good blast with and airline, don't be tempted to try and poke it out with a bit of wire.

on mine ,, there is also a filter outside the house,, were the pipe comes from the tank and then goes through the wall,, last time mine ran out ,, i was like you could i feck gett it going,,, and im always running out and bleeding it,,, this filter outside just unscrews,,, its also collects water , from condensation inside the tank...

let me just add,,,, i had the engineer out,,, so we turned on the heating to pump some oil through,, with a container under the pipe where the outside filter was,, this drianed off water as well as oil,, we did this for a good ten mins......... when you leave it all to settle the oil sits on top,,,

then try again with the bleeding

Only thing i have before the pipe reaches my boiler is a small cone shaped thing. It has a small copper pipe coming out the top of it going to the boiler as well. Says "Fire Valve" on it............. :icon_eek:
