PlasticJock 539
I know it's a naive question, but what's the difference? From what I can make out the DSC courses are more 'hands on', whilst the DMC is focused on the management aspect of it? Cheers Quote Link to post

Cheers From what I can gather also DMC courses are aimed at those who work in the forestry managent industry but still need to be up to speed with the content of standard devised by DMQ . See BDS link http://www.bds.org.uk/deer_management_course.html if you was an employed forestry ranger or involved in wildlife management for a forest company they would want you to go down the DMC route. PlasticJock 539
Cheers mate, I think if you're going down the professional route as a newcomer nowadays you'd be better doing every course known to man - ATV, DSC, DMC, First Aid etc Quote Link to post
