Whats Fair To Do

Just a quick question as a mate got caught up in a situation like this and something like this can happen from time to time:

 

You sell you dog for say £100 to a mates friend and as he hasnt got the money you have agreed to get it off them later on in the wk when they get money. A day before your due to collect the money you have been told the dog that you sold them has killed one of their other dogs and dont want to pay you for the dog.

 

So what would you do:

Let them keep the dog for free

Still want the money

Give them money for the dog they just lost

 

Then again its possibly the same situation as to selling a dog lurcher or terrier on trial for say £200 the dog runs off or has wandered and gone to ground and is never to be seen again or while your out the dog has to be put down due to something happening. Do you as the seller give the money back for the dog or would you keep it for what ever reason.

You get your money!! Just because there a useless clueless c**t doesn't mean you should be out of pocket. A true friend wouldn't even ask the question and realise they were at fault. If they argued the case then you either slap the money out of them or walk away and never speak to the twat again.

No money, no dog - but it's to late for that. It was the silly cnuts own fault not introducing the dogs properly (that's if this isn't a scam, which I expect it really is). Get your money or take the dog back.

I never have much sympathy for these kind of topics, from what I can see all the main concern is about the money.
