shooting out of a shogun pinin

Hi all

i was wondering if any one had a pinin and what they use to rest the gun on when out shooting i cnt seem to find or make anything that wont scratch the paint work

My mate made a frame out of metal poles that rested out of the window, very good bit of kit.

He wrapped the poles in the foam insulation you find on water pipes :thumbs:

 

hi there do you know how he did this? and was it on a pinin?

He's got a big shed he knocks all sorts up in :D

 

It was on a ford ranger and made to measure but it should be that hard to build something, even made out of wood

I use a nissan navara and use a shooting bag full of plastic beads , they have soft leather so will not damage paint and they are steady to shoot from and stay put when moving . I have tried all sorts and this works very well ,easy to store as well .
