It seems like ye might have just blown away the first ever recorded, 'sucessfully fledged' Nutcracker (Nucifraga caryocatactes) in uk! Oh, alright then. I'm f*cking about But look it up, mate - I can't be arsed to scan a picture in at this hour. Dead bloody ringer for it! Shame ye popped it, really. Could've made a hell of an interesting adult bird.
