Wanted Information regarding day hunts/sport shooting

Hello... I just signed up for these forums as I am in need of some information and this seems like the best place to get it. I'm from Canada and have been a hunter all my life. I will be travelling to Brighton this August for my brother's upcoming wedding. As best man, I'm in charge of organizing two stag parties. Since my brother has moved to the UAE, our hunting time together has all but disappeared and I'd like to be able to share our passion for hunting together again. I'm interested in possibly setting up a morning/afternoon hunt/sport shoot for a number of men to participate in (all from different countries of residence) for August 22. Basically what I'd like is for our group to be able to head out of Brighton (to somewhere relatively nearby) for the day and go hunt some rabbitt/pigeon/varmint/etc together. Ideally I'd like for us to hunt live game, but if it winds up being too much of a headache to arrange, then I'm also fine with trap/clay shooting. I haven't been able to locate any local business as of yet and am hoping someone can direct me to where I should be looking. Also, as I'm not completely sure what the local laws and restrictions are, I was hoping that some of you fine folk might be able to help clue me in to some of that as well. Any and all information you could pass my way would be greatly appreciated!
