skinner 348 Posted April 14, 2012 Report Share Posted April 14, 2012 Ive been struggling to find a job now for a while, whether it be that i've had interviews and either been told i wasnt the right person, or the fact that some agencies and factories just take the p**s getting back to you these days. Now on paper i wouldnt say i was the brightest of the bunch but i can put my mind to things and like to do things properly. I notice most young lads on here ask for ''Keeping'' apprenticeships and all that... Im not asking for nothing like that.. Just a point in the direct of people that maybe taking on in the NORTH EAST/COUNTY DURHAM AREA whether it be factory..anything ... Thanks very much lads..anything is a bonus ! Ring J. Mitchinson Ltd. and ask for James Mitchinson, he was my best man tell him Ruggers sent you for a job If he gets a job out of that then your a gentleman and he is due you a pint or 2........... very good on you He will do... No, I'm not black, disabled, or female, so I probably won't get the job then? I had an interveiw this week and on entering the reception area after signing my name i was then asked to sit on a chair wile a photo was taken of me they have also been intouch with the person i gave for a reference were he had to fill a questionaire in out of the 14 of us who were their 8 were forighners of indian decent i wounder who they contact for refferences. Rang one company a few months ago and the woman didn't know what to say, apart from ''I can't comment on that.'' I said ''Are you an authorised representative of the company'', she said ''Yes''.
