MOO 730
I have had some of my best shooting over beans ...but later on at the back end of the year ...I have a farm where they plant beans every year ....there are always a lot of beens left and after the frost gets into them and softens and opens the pods the pigeons go daft for them .....usualy the farmers leaves them most of the winter so they soften and then ploughs them in as they are good N2 for the ground .....I took 15 roe in one season of a field of beans 3 years ago ...but I have never seen pigeons working them while they are growing as the pods dont appear till the plant is well up Quote Link to post
