fireman 10,871 Posted April 10, 2012 Report Share Posted April 10, 2012 Better explane,had a irish hen build a nest and start to lay,she had laid a few eggs then went fluffed,i checked her to see if she was egg bound but she felt normal,the next day legs up on the floor.She had 5 eggs in the nest and she hadn't gone down hard on them and my question is how long will they keep before being useless as chooks and some other fowl eggs keep for a while and they are still good to go,get what i mean folks? .
