I am starting in lamping and woundering which lamp and battery is best

Seasons over till september mate but you cant go wrong with a lightforce striker 170 and a 18ah lead acid battery or a lithium battery if you can afford one cause they aint cheap

get yourself a lightforce stricker 170 and a deben 12volt 14 amp lithium battery , the lamp is powerfull enough for all use and the battery is very light and will last all night only downside is they are not cheap !

there are a few about not had one my self but what ive heard they are not worth it poor quality and dont last long stick with the deben ones

How long do the lead acid last with a 75w buld

Depends on the ah of the battery a 18ah will last all night if fully charged before you go out , ive got 2 7ah running in a parralell circut and that lasts atleast 5 hours

Yeah mate but after a few hours if you get a variable lamp you can dim it to save power

Can u use quad battery as a battery

As long as its 12volt mate should be fine jus look at how many amp hours it is more ah equals more lamping time
