Springer for £200

I`ve got around £200 to spend on a gun, i like the look of the BSA lightning, which other similar guns should i be looking out for?

Avoid the BSA, it is not really a good bet, look for a secondhand HW95 carbine, much much better!

whats right with the lighning should be your question.

just got rid of an XL myself it seemed ok at first but then it was problem after problem...

 

any weihrauch or air arms would be your best bet.

 

hw99s is similar to lighning for weigh its nice and light and pretty small and compact. they should be about £210 brand new so you should easily get one second hand with a scope for £200

 

i have had 2 in the past very accurate. nice guns

hw80 is very good pal. arguably one of (if not, THE) the best break barrels ever made..

i agree with you bout the 99s srt . i had one of these for years. was a brilliant little rifle. deadly accurate, light weight. no frills, but its reflected in the price. wish i still had it tbh.

best break barrel available in my book, the weight just aids accuracy(theyre not that heavy when compared to some underlevers out there).
