Wats the security like were these dogs are being held.

The police are as bad they took a moter of me 6 month ago, and they know there case is very shaky to say the least now but they'll still hold it till the trial. Which will cost the tax payer around

they cant keep the dogs, even if you are found guilty they need to be signed over, sure they may not be in any hurry to fetch them back, but they cannot keep em without your say so, no matter who they think they are, its the law

They are a fekin law unto themselfs and no poltician gives a feck wat they get away with in abususeing their powers they would soon be brought to task if they went around trieng to close down and stop barbaric halhal slaughter houses though.

Which will cost the tax payer around £650 a month x 10 months = £6,500 + my compensation for the vehicle that has run out of tax, m.o.t,repairs and deplication of value and the loss of earnings being registered to my company.

I will go to the papers with the exact cost of the case including helicopter, court costs etc I might even get John craven at b.b.c to investigate it the slag!

This has got to stop, f f s all over men owning and working lurchers and terriers.

The rspca have no real legal power, but they do have the backing of not only the police, but also the goverment,if any other charitable organisation flouted the law like they are allowed and encouraged to do,they would be open to litigation and bankrupted.Only when somebody takes them on,which will entail taking on the goverment and police, successfully and wins a case against them in the courts, then this sort of action by them will become more commonplace, they seem to have an agenda going now were dogs are seized on the flimsiest of evidence and kept from their owners until the case reaches court, even when the police think there is insufficient evidence to carry out a successful prosecutionthr rspca are carrying on and taking out private prosecutions.

If charges are brought and proved then the court decides what happens to the dogs.

Sorry but they can - if found guilty, it will be up to the judge to say if the rspca are to keep the dogs or not,

no matter if the owner refuses to sign the dogs over or not.

DFK - whilst an investigation is on going they can keep hold of any evidance, as thats what they

will be classing your dogs as.
