reddawn 2,173
they cant keep the dogs, even if you are found guilty they need to be signed over, sure they may not be in any hurry to fetch them back, but they cannot keep em without your say so, no matter who they think they are, its the law If charges are brought and proved then the court decides what happens to the dogs. well my mate was found guilty an still had to sign his over mate Quote Link to post
Tuzo 251
are they allowed to keep them whilst investigation occurs? when i got to answer bail they should either charge me or not? does this mean they have to give me them back then? They can do 1 of 3 things, re-bail you, charge you or NFA. If you are charged they may hold onto the dogs as evidence OR if the case doesn't involve the dogs then they should be returned.........unfortunately the RSPCA are seen as experts by most courts and they are often allowed to do as they please. Clive is £1000 a day..............ok if your on LA. He will also make sure his accomplices get a cut too, the lady vet who is now a barrister and the badger expert  Quote Link to post

He hates the RSPCA with a passion. Don't want to put a dampener on things but when they took mine Granville got me to see my dogs within a week of them being taken. They were in kennels 250 mile away and the night before I was due to go they put them to sleep. They said their wounds were too bad which was bull shit. But that was on the 90s before we had camera phones and computers etc. Quote Link to post
