thought so mate dont like it on there really only go on now and again to be fair i love these AB but id never have one again to many problems with mine but saying that id never buy a pedigree dog again either as ive had 3 and paid top whack for them £800 a time and nothing but problems.they came from so called champ blood lines still got the paper work all that shit dont me a thing.

 

my AB was fine till he got to 2 then he wont go out for walks or anything soon as he heres a noise hes gone and wanting to get in the car.waste of animal.got to be all this inbreed breeding about of these so called breeders.

 

im just going to get nice cross next time like my bitch lot less hassle.

The thing with AB's over here is the amount of nervous, poorly bred, un health tested blood imported an people breeding an starting lines of these dogs alot when there was good money to be made. It's slowly getting better now the money's gone IMO.

 

If it wasn't for my boys litter I wouldn't have got another.

allot do have many probs as u say and you pick em up all over .id never seen one when i got mine as a rescue but there all over now and over bred,she was gettin on in life but worshipped us and the kids unfortunatly for the rest of society :laugh: .she had arthritus and cancer which they are well known for and they prone to hip dysplasia.

use to feed her glucosamine and chondroitin capsules made her think she was a pup again but if walked to much could tell she was uncomfortable.

my mate has 11 american bulldogs , both scott and johnsons , and he has a lot of problems with them , crutia tears being his biggest , it seems like hes allways at the vets with em , he used to to security work and only started out with one :laugh:
