Moley trapped this rabbit and, before he got back to remove it, something had 'got at' it and this is what Molesworth found:

Incidentally; This bun was taken using a 'Pocket Popper', one of the moulded plastic 'cubbie' inserts mentioned and discussed elsewhere on this board. Here's a look at how it all looked when Moley found the scene:
