Free running, road work, bushing etc, it all has its place to keeping dogs fit, and I believe that a good variation excercise is what you need. paulus 26 Posted April 3, 2012 Report Share Posted April 3, 2012 just spent the last 2 and half weeks having to roadwalk the dogs due to injury, ive never been so pissed off plodding around the lanes, if i dont have to walk another yard on them lanes i`ll be a happy bunny free running as its been called or excersise as i call it is better all round the only advantage i could see in roadwalking is toughening up pads if needed.
