Which Shot gun

Recommended Posts

Go to the gun shop and have a look around

I'd shot o/u and semi autos belonging to friends but when I got my own I went for a sxs because it felt better to hold and mount

Go to a couple of gun shops and try as many guns as you can for feel and fit. The gun the fits best and points where your looking is the gun you should buy. With your budget the shotgun world is your lobster!

I shoot Brownings as they just seem to fit me and suit my shooting style. My first gun was a very nice Berreta but I couldn't hit the broad side of a barn with it, don't buy because of the brand, buy what fits you!

I would also say don't be put off by second hand guns, just check over well for condition, there are lots of second hand guns out there that have had little or no use.

Hope that helps
