I own mali's and the can contribute a hell of a lot, the knpv Line and mondio line dogs have huge drive and are very tough headed animals with huge intelligence that far out weighs any shepherd.

 

A friend of mine put one I've a good lurcher bitch and has had some really good results, one is in Canada hunting deer if I remember rightly and the bloke that now owns him tells my pal how he's never had anything like it.

 

You do the math a dog with the mental capability of going to war and doing a job biting terrorists and the biggest nastiest bloke you can find, I would think that it wouldnt have much trouble with bigger game.

 

What line are your mali's mate? Where you based? Can you email me your details and photos plz. I have a six month old bitch that's coming on really civil and I can't put my male on as there too close but I might put him on to a bitch from her first litter If it comes good.
