Guest FTBBTH Posted March 29, 2012 Report Share Posted March 29, 2012 I take him out running along side the bike at the mo only a few miles a day is it just a case of increasing the distance over so many weeks? Believe it or not this is my opinion and what I here from everybody and usemyself Walking makes tighter stronger muscles creating more speed/acceleration Running makes muscles longer and looser IMO this will make a dog run greater distances at ease Fitness I.e stamina should come early season after some good races/courses That's just my opinion no fact, but all the best with your pup Quote Link to post
