Terriers lost to ground?

OK Beastmaster, maybe your question was an honest one.

The very nature of terrier work means that there's a very slight risk to the terrier. Wether it be injury or death.

A terriers courage is the main reason most of us love the little heroes in the first place.

BUT, a question like yours is perfect for bringing the idiots out to answer it in a stupid way.

The main reason terriers are lost to ground is through accident.

Theres some plonkas on here.

Thats the reason i could never do terrier work. Would be shit to get a dog up to a good standard for it to be lost in whatever circumstances. Respect to you lads that choose this sport... :thumbs:

I wouldn't agree with that one mate. Tight confined space and a decent sized fox could prove a big problem i'd say. Just takes one bite in the wrong place.
