Tyla 3,179
I have a Weatherby Vanguard in .243 and the trigger is quite heavy. I've looked up adjustment on the internet and it seems easy enough, just thought I'd ask for any tips before I start. Nothing like learning from other peoples experience Quote Link to post

Nothing like learning from other peoples experience Is the Weatherby Vanguard and the howa 1500 trigger the same if so. I have the howa I had a look on youtube for adjustment help and found it. Here it is hope you find it helpful.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=58c7i0iM3fc Just one thing when you've done your adjustment make sure your safety still works. Sometimes over adjustmen stops it working properly. Edited March 29, 2012 by bunnybuster.ie Quote Link to post

Tyla 3,179
Thanks lads, I gave it maximum adjustment with the front screw but left the rear (creep) screw alone as the manual says it can create saftey issues. Its helped a bit but still not perfect. Having said that I think some of the problem is me, my mate shot it and cloverleafed two groups at 100m while I am only getting 1 1/2" - 2" groups with the odd flier. He ought to be good though as he does it for a living! Quote Link to post
