2001 land rover freelander S 1.8 petrol

 

this is the model that u can pull the rear off.... convertible. ideal for the summer!!!!

good points:

 

12months mot (flew throu its mot)

6months tax (£143 for 6months)

new cambelt kit (less than 1000 miles)

new oil and filters (less than 1000 miles)

new plugs (less than 1000 miles)

new clutch kit (less than 1000 miles)

new break pads/shoes, (less than 1000 miles)

recent headgasket (skimmed and a better quality gasket used done 8k since this work was carried out)

doesnt use any oil,

doesnt smoke

doesnt use any water

doesnt overheat

starts first time every time

no rust undreneath, a very very clean example.

just under 98,000 miles from new

 

 

bad points,

 

tiny chip in windscreen

hill descent doesnt work (snapped the wire, easy fix!)

surface scratches, but would polish out!

and tiny little car park dents on drivers side, but nothing to worry about, its to be expected for the car of this age ;-)

interior isnt the best, could do with seat covers and a set of new floor mats!
