Haven't got a clue mate, but the one near me was always dead until he started selling air rifles etc as well, after that there was always someone in when I went past! Looking for a few pointers really. hard buisness now with the internet mate,loyal customers and good bait is the only thing that keeps them coming through the doors, having your own water also helps running matches leauges etc. my mate owns one he also does chimney sweeping and propertly development just to keep it all going 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
