Does cyber bullying exist? Hell yes it does, but through things like facebook where there's a connection with your real world peers. Bullying on an autonomous forum such as this is nonesense. You'll get people who are aggressive and people who are offensive alright (guilty as charged on both counts your honor), but it's pretty damned simple to get away from them so there's sod all potential for bullying in the first place. ..and if a soul should find that they are being consistently "bullied" accross multiple forums.. then it's time to start looking a wee bit closer to home I'd say (assuming the absense of any genuine nutcase stalker types of course - there's no accounting for them). Hell, if I got my knickers in a twist every time I got a flaming for having an adverse opinion on a forum (including here), I'd be a feckin' wreck by now. If there's one thing to be said about these wee institutions, it's that they teach you to formulate your opinions carefully, and to be able to defend them robustly - if you can't, then bottom line, you are talking shit - and you deserve everything you get. That's not bullying, it's adversity - and facing adversity builds character, it doesn't destroy it. And as for those who can't handle a little adversity... personally, I've got no stomach for them. ...but I'm a bit of a git like that. Hell I even enjoy the occasional heated debate... when I'm bothered to partake of course. Wheel chair bound??? So he was paralysed from the waist down? What was he caught doing.....fingering it????........ :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: f'ckin brilliant!! I've only just had a look at this thread, can't believe what a big drama she's made out of people saying that she was talking shite....if everyone had that reaction everytime they were told they were talking bollox the site would be full of winging moaning threads like this and there wouldn't be any members left! we've all been told that at some time or another......dances/123456 would have left about 16,000 times by now!!! Deliberately singling someone out for abuse = bullying, victimising someone = bullying, threatening someone (even if it is behind a screen) is not necessarily bullying but is it out order......telling someone that they're wrong when they say a ridgeback x JRT is a lurcher = not bullying!!!! It involves your laptop/pc and an open window. Now in aid to de-stress and end all the bullying you have on this site or any other throw your f*****g laptop/pc out the window and forget about it.
