Because you are, in my opinion getting or exceeding the anti harassment laws, as to whether I agree or disagree with such is irrelevant, but I think you need to be carefull. There are laws against stalking and harassment, regardless of the reasons. As I say I am not passing judgement either way, but I would hate to see innocent parties losing out and falling foul of the law, be it an ass or not. There gone , end of . very well said mate, as a law graduate (in 8 weeks ill have my degree) I see this as a matter for the authorities, not for a forum. There are potential civil and criminal sanctions you open your self up by doing so. The law surround social media, which this is, is very much in the spot light so any form of slander or bullying would be jumped on. Plus as buster said there off here now, I am sure there are members on here who have great IT skills and could help bloke or even stop them getting back on here, I am sure if such 'deviants' are doing this then they wont be so clued up as to get round some sophisticated fire walls or blocking. I've not known him long granted but i have a good feel for people when i meet them and he seems a quiet and polite man that I am happy to be around. Si.
