I love the breed, their plucky little dogs with heart. Many hunting dogs in Australia have a bit (or a lot) of cattle dog in them. I could see the appeal of adding a drop into your lurcher lines here in the UK. Good luck finding the right sort mate.

not exactly the same thing but theres kelpies for sale on done deal.I know of the lady that sells them,working parents on sheep and obedience.

Great wee dogs with huge hearts, excellent guards for property or vehicles as a lot of Aussie throw them in the back of their utes to look after any tools etc that are in the back, I would also stay away from the show stuff but think your going to find it hard to get any other lines over here.

One problem is that you can't guarantee that a dog advertised as "working" really works or whether they just let it go in a field with some sheep or cattle simply so they can say it's a worker.
