buster gonads 862 Posted March 10, 2012 Report Share Posted March 10, 2012 Been on one of the local shoots this afternoon after getting permision off the keeper to have a look around the feeders for rats, anyway the dog, a 5 and half month old Plummer, marked a rotten tree that had fallen over, dog under one side, rat bollted out of the other and down a hole, dog screeming and digging after it, then dog comes up against a root he couldnt bite through, luckerly i had my folding saw with me [handy bit of kit those] took a section of root out and bingo, one happy dog and an even happy,r owner , i know its only a rat but its a start.
