They were transformed by she who must be obeyed and the mother into Hare Pudding, that fed us, one went to the 90 odd year old widow at the end of the terrace and one went to her daughter and son in law round the corner. It is superb meat and the flavour is exquisite. Combined with the lamb stock, port, cranberry jelly and suet crust, makes a lovely dinner. Going to have to try and get my own now!!! Recipe incoming!
