Altering Cast

How difficult is it to change a right hand stock to left handed and what are the chances of the stock eventually returning to its original dimensions?

 

Also, what would the likely cost be?

i think it is better to get a proper left hooker 'probably cheaper anall.

i reckon that'd cost in the region of 50 sovs, it's an easy process with the right gear, i've seen a gunsmith mate of mine do it, he's got this b&d workmate set up with clamps and stuff, i think he uses hot oil to soften the wood and make it bend, a bit like steaming.
